Yoga nidra is a powerful tool guiding you to a state of deep relaxation.
It is also called the psychic sleep.

We as humans accumulate tension; whether it is on a muscular, emotional or mental level. With the help of yoga nidra we can progressively release these tensions.

During the practice of yoga nidra the mind moves between Beta brainwaves, the awake state, and Alpha brainwaves, deep relaxation.

Yoga nidra is a systematic practice. You will be guided through different stages.
This works on the physical, emotional and mental level.
