Whether you are new to yoga, and would like to find your way safely into the practice
Or if you are ready to deepen your existing practice, and would like to do so with guidance
This may be that you would like to learn yoga specifically for a condition
– yoga for anxiety
– for arthritis
– your changing body
– modifications for an injury you currently experience
– or learning relaxation techniques so that you have practical tools that you can use any time, any where.
You will be learning new skills to support and nourish yourself; actively taking care of your well-being.
Private yoga sessions are a gift to you, to your personal growth.
Here we take the time to focus on what is important for you in your life right now.
Classes can include:
– body postures, asana
– breathing practices, pranayama
– hand gestures, mudras
– affirmation, sankalpa
Sessions can be held either online or in person in our yoga studio, Castlemaine (taking relevant lockdown restrictions into account).
You can book one yoga class at a time or a 4-class package.
