and would like to find your way safely into the practice

This may be that you would like to learn yoga specifically for a condition
– yoga for anxiety
– for arthritis
– your changing body
– modifications for an injury you currently experience

You will be learning new skills to support and nourish yourself;
actively taking care of your well-being.

Private yoga sessions are a gift to you, to your personal growth.
Here we take the time to focus on what is important in your life right now.

Classes can include:
– body postures, asana
– breathing practices, pranayama
– meditation
– hand gestures, mudras
– affirmation, sankalpa

Sessions can be held either online or in person in our yoga studio, Castlemaine (taking relevant lockdown restrictions into account).
You can book one yoga class at a time or a 4-class package.

ONE YOGA CLASS

You can book a private 1 : 1 yoga class as a single session at a time. You have one month to use your session.
One 75-minute class, AU $120.

This gives you twelve weeks for 4 x 75-minute private 1 : 1 yoga sessions, AU $440
