yoga classes live online
In our yoga classes together I invite you to move mindfully and connect with your inner self to find calmness and stillness within. Through different practices you will stretch and build strength, systematically relax, feel centred and at peace.
In each class we start with body postures. We allow the awareness of the breath to guide us. By using specific yogic breathing practices we move from the physical level of the body to the more subtle level, our breath. We then finish each class with a guided meditation, where we move even deeper, to the finer levels of the mind.
I believe that the practice of yoga is accessible to everyone and that yoga meets you where you are. I offer gentle and progressive classes.
In the “Coming Home” classes I assist you to connect with your subtle body. Through a focus on conscious movement that allows you to move into the calm side of your nervous system. The “Diving Deeper” classes are an invitation to deepen your experience of yoga in a supportive and nurturing atmosphere. We explore more advanced practices. The Hatha & Yin yoga mixed “Journeying Inwards” class is an invitation to explore different elements of yoga. It is an inwardly focused class where we direct the awareness on the subtle body giving you a chance to reflect inwards. We interweave hand gestures, Mudras, and acupressure points.
The classes are held live online, they are fully interactive. We are able to see and hear each other to communicate. I am able to guide you through the practices and give you feedback.
