∴ Winding Down – Thursday, 7.45 – 9.00 pm, a gentle evening class, with Yoga Nidra meditation
∴ Moving Inwards – Friday, 9.00 – 10.15 am, a Hatha & Yin Yoga mix class, with Yoga Nidra meditation
