yoga classes live online

The upcoming live online yoga courses run from the first week in February to the first week in April 2023.
You have the choice of three different levels or styles.

classes are:
Coming Home,
Wednesday, 4.15 pm to 5.30 pm
Thursday, 7.45 pm to 9 pm
Diving Deeper, Wednesday, 6 pm to 7.15 pm
Journeying Inwards, Friday, 9 am to 10.15 am

In the Coming Home, a gentle class, we explore connecting with a slower pace, while still working on strength, balance and flexibility. Through a focus on conscious movement we allow ourselves to move into the calm side of our nervous system.

The Diving Deeper, a progressive class, is an invitation to deepen our experience of yoga in a supportive and nurturing atmosphere. We explore more advanced practices.

Journeying Inwards is a mix of Hatha and Yin Yoga. It is an invitation to explore different elements of yoga. It is an inwardly focused class where we direct the awareness on the subtle body giving you a chance to reflect inwards. We interweave hand gestures, Mudras, and acupressure points.

– body postures, asanas
– breathing practices, pranayama
– & finish with a guided meditation

our focus:
– moving mindfully with breath awareness
– building physical strength & inner awareness
– using the breath & other techniques to skilfully balance & support our nervous system
– relaxing deeply with a guided meditation

The classes are held live online, they are fully interactive. I am able to guide you through the practices and give you feedback.

COMING HOME

This is a perfect class for you if you enjoy a thoughtful yoga practice. We focus on:
– enjoying a slower pace
– learning how to support ourselves in times of stress & anxiety with yoga / meditation practices
– discovering how to improve mobility in a safe environment
– exploring strength, balance, flexibility and inner focus
– using yoga props where needed to work safely with where our body is at
– practising yoga / meditation that feels nurturing, for the body & the nervous system

The course is accessible to all levels. No prior experience is necessary.
Build strength, calm your nervous system and soothe your busy mind.

Progressive Yoga Nidra Online

DIVING DEEPER

This more dynamic class is suitable for you if you wish to:
– dive deeper into your exploration of yoga
– practise physically more challenging and demanding practices
– move with more strength while still maintaining the inward focus and the breath awareness
– focus on building strength and awareness
– systematically develop knowledge of more advanced breathing techniques
– practise meditation that brings you to a deeper level of being within

No yoga experience is required but it is more dynamic and a certain level of fitness is necessary. You need to be able to get on and off the floor with ease.
Feel energised, alive, strong and centered within.

SATYANANDA & YIN YOGA ONLINE

JOURNEYING INWARDS

This class where we practise a mixture of Hatha & Yin Yoga is for you if you wish to:
– explore strength, flexibility, balance and inner focus
– engage in calling your awareness inwards through movement and in stillness
– inquire into your interoceptive awareness (of what you feel inside)
– focus on noticing sensations within your physical body and on an energetic level
– move mindfully in the poses and welcome longer held Yin Yoga poses

No yoga experience is required but it is more dynamic and a certain level of fitness is necessary. You need to be able to get on and off the floor with ease.
Feel rechargednourish your nervous system and calm your active mind.

COMMITMENT OPTIONS

Term Commitmentten classes for the upcoming term, starting in the first week of February and running to the first week in April 2023
You get access to a weekly class as part of the ten weeks live online yoga course.
You’ll experience the consistency of practice throughout the term.
If you for some reason have to miss your normal class, you can make it up on another day or week in one of the other classes during the same term. Supporting yourself with that consistent weekly practice.

Practice Packageall online classes for 4 consecutive weeks in the upcoming term, starting in the first week of February and running to the first week in April 2023
This is a cost effective way of getting access to all four online live yoga courses per week for four consecutive weeks during the upcoming term.
Have the freedom to choose which classes you would like to attend each week. This is a great option to begin establishing a regular yoga practice. You’ll have the support to built a routine by participating in all four live online classes each week.

Casual Classesfour classes during the upcoming term, starting in the first week of February and running to the first week in April 2023
Casual classes are four classes you can use in any live online course during the upcoming term. Please make sure to use them during the term you buy them for as they are not transferable.
This is a good choice as an introduction to working with me in a group setting.
Once you know that my classes are what you are looking for you can sign up for a term commitment. This way you will get the most out of your yoga practice.
