yoga classes live online

Term four live-online yoga courses start on the 4. October and run to the 15. December 2023.
You have the choice of three different levels / styles, days and times.

classes are:
Coming Home
Wednesday, 4.15 pm to 5.30 pm
Thursday, 7.45 pm to 9 pm
Diving Deeper
Wednesday, 6 pm to 7.15 pm
Journeying Inwards
Friday, 9 am to 10.15 am

In the Coming Home, a gentle class, we explore connecting with a slower pace, while still working on strength, balance and flexibility. Through a focus on conscious movement we allow ourselves to move into the calm side of our nervous system.

Diving Deeper, a stronger class, is an invitation to deepen our experience of yoga in a supportive and nurturing atmosphere. We explore more advanced practices.

Journeying Inwards is a mix of Hatha and Yin Yoga. It is an invitation to explore different elements of yoga. It is an inwardly focused class where we direct the awareness on the subtle body giving us a chance to reflect inwards. We interweave hand gestures, Mudras, and acupressure points.

in all classes we practise:
body postures, asanas
breathing practices, pranayama
& finish with a guided meditation

our focus is:
move mindfully with breath awareness
build physical strength & inner awareness
use our breath & other techniques to skilfully balance & support our nervous system
relax deeply with a guided meditation

These classes are held live online, they are fully interactive. I am able to guide you through the practices and give you feedback.

Gentle Yoga Nidra Online


This is a perfect class for you if you enjoy a thoughtful yoga practice. We focus on:
enjoying a slower pace
learning how to support ourselves in times of stress & anxiety with yoga / meditation practices
discovering how to improve mobility in a safe environment
exploring strength, balance, flexibility & inner focus
using yoga props where needed to work safely with where our body is at
practising yoga / meditation that feels nurturing, for the body & the nervous system

The course is accessible to all levels. No prior experience is necessary.
Build strength, calm your nervous system and soothe your busy mind.

Progressive Yoga Nidra Online


This more dynamic class is suitable for you if you wish to:
dive deeper into your exploration of yoga
practise physically more challenging & demanding practices
move with more strength while still maintaining an inward focus & breath awareness
focus on building strength & awareness
systematically develop knowledge of more advanced breathing techniques
practise meditation that brings you to a deeper level of being within

No yoga experience is required but it is more dynamic and a certain level of fitness is necessary. You need to be able to get on and off the floor with ease.
Feel energised, alive, strong and centered within.

Wednesday    6 pm – 7.15 pm



This class where we practise a mixture of Hatha & Yin Yoga is for you if you wish to:
explore strength, flexibility, balance & inner focus
engage in calling your awareness inwards through movement & in stillness
inquire into your interoceptive awareness (of what you feel inside)
focus on noticing sensations within your physical body & on an energetic level
move mindfully in the poses & welcome longer held Yin Yoga poses

No yoga experience is required but it is more dynamic and a certain level of fitness is necessary. You need to be able to get on and off the floor with ease.
Replenish & invigorate your energy by nourishing your nervous system & calming your active mind.

Friday 9.00 am – 10.15 am

TERM FOUR starts on the 4. October and runs to the 15. December 2023

All classes / courses are subject to completing a medical registration / waiver of liability form you will receive once enrolled.
All commitment options are non-transferable, non-sharable and non-refundable.


Term Commitment eleven classes for term 4, expires on 15. December 2023
Get access to a weekly class in the eleven weeks live-online course. Experience consistency of practice throughout the term.
If for some reason you have to miss a class, you can easily make it up on another day / week during the same term.
Support yourself with a consistent weekly practice.

Practice Package all online classes for 4 consecutive weeks during term 4, expires 3 weeks after first class attended.
Great for you if you are looking for significant results in your yoga practice at our lowest rate. Get access to all four live-online yoga classes during the week for four consecutive weeks during term 4.
