This is a great option if you are looking for more consistency and a boost in your yoga practice. Get support to built a strong well-being routine for yourself at a lower price. You will practise one class per week with a community of like-minded people and one class per week in your own environment. Either choose the same type of class for you second class or a different style. Create your own combination package for the term.

your face-to-face choices are:
∴ Coming Home – Friday, 11 am – 12.15 pm, gentle, with Yoga Nidra meditation
∴ Diving Deeper  – Thursday, 6.00 – 7.15 pm, dynamic, with guided meditation

your live-online choices are:
∴ Coming Home – Wednesday, 4.15 – 5.30 pm, gentle, with Yoga Nidra meditation
∴ Diving Deeper – Wednesday, 6.00 – 7.15 pm, dynamic, with meditation
∴ Winding Down – Thursday, 7.45 – 9.00 pm, gentle evening, with Yoga Nidra meditation
∴ Moving Inwards – Friday, 9.00 – 10.15 am, Hatha & Yin Yoga with Yoga Nidra meditation

DIVING DEEPER

This more dynamic class is suitable for you if you wish to:
∴ dive deeper into your exploration of yoga
∴ practise physically more challenging & demanding practices
∴ move with more strength while still maintaining the inward focus & the breath awareness
∴ focus on building strength & awareness
∴ systematically develop knowledge of more advanced breathing techniques
∴ practise meditation that brings you to a deeper level of being within

No yoga experience is required for this adult yoga class, but it is more dynamic and a certain level of fitness is necessary. You need to be able to get on and off the floor with ease.
Feel strong, alive, energised and centered within.

Thursday       6.00 pm – 7.15 pm face-to-face

Winding Down

Unwind & relax at the end of the day in this gentle bedtime yoga class focussing on:
∴ allowing yourself to slow down
∴ tuning into your body & breath
∴ moving mindfully through yoga postures
∴ practising calming yoga breathing
∴ exploring strength, balance, flexibility with inner focus
∴ encouraging a deep state of relaxation with a guided Yoga Nidra meditation
∴ getting ready to settle into the mood for a good night’s sleep

The course is accessible to all levels. No prior experience is necessary.
Release everything you are holding onto before sinking into a peaceful restorative night of deep sleep.

Moving Inwards

If you love the mixture of Hatha & Yin Yoga this class is for you.
∴ we explore strength, flexibility, balance
∴ move mindfully in the poses & welcome longer held Yin Yoga poses
∴ call our awareness inwards through movement & in stillness
∴ use somatic practices that build mindfulness through movement
∴ deepen our connection with our interoceptive awareness (what we feel inside) our physical body & on an energetic level
∴ learn how to direct subtle attention to our organs
∴ support our practice with marma, energy points, from the Ayurvedic tradition
