The upcoming yoga courses for term 2 start on the 23. April and run to the 27. June 2025.
your choices are:
∴ Coming Home – Wednesday, 4.15 – 5.30 pm, a gentle class, with Yoga Nidra meditation
∴ Winding Down – Thursday, 7.45 – 9.00 pm, a gentle evening class, with Yoga Nidra meditation
∴ Moving Inwards – Friday, 9.00 – 10.15 am, a Hatha & Yin Yoga mix class, with Yoga Nidra meditation
in each class we practise:
∴ body postures, asanas
∴ mudras, yoga hand gestures
∴ breathing practices, pranayama
∴ guided meditation
our focus is on:
∴ move mindfully with breath awareness
∴ build physical strength & inner awareness
∴ use our breath & other techniques to skilfully balance & support our nervous system
∴ relax deeply with a guided meditation
